Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Use manual and mechanical equipment to support loading and unloading activities.
- Verify the quantity and quality of goods being loaded or unloaded.
- Ensure products are packed and stored securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to comply with safety regulations.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management by scanning and tracking items. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve loading and unloading processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations is an advantage.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a warehouse environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
