Job Description
Job Description: The Beaverton School District welcomes applications for licensed substitutes in all areas for the 2025-26 school year. Applicants should be able to establish a positive classroom climate, possess excellent classroom management skills, and be able to continue the established curriculum in a variety of classrooms. Candidates should possess the skills and confidence to access digital tools and resources should the need arise. The District offers tuition reimbursement and health benefits (in the year following a minimum number of substitute days), professional development opportunities, and a work incentive each time period for substituting a minimum number of days!
Necessary Qualifications
Candidates must hold, or be eligible to hold a valid Oregon teaching license issued by TSPC. A valid teaching license issued by TSPC will allow a substitute applicant to substitute in all grade levels and subject areas.
