We are seeking an experienced Legal Adviser with strong expertise in financial, banking, or corporate law to join our client’s team.
Job Responsibilities:
Draft and review loan agreements, contracts, and policies.
Conduct legal research and ensure regulatory compliance.
Handle litigation and dispute resolution.
Liaise with regulators, external counsel, and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
LLB from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial, banking, or corporate law.
Must reside in or near VGC, Lekki.
