Whipsmart Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented JUNIOR RECRUITER to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Entire sales team member in managing recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for our clients.
JOB DETAILS:
- Location: Ikeja ,Lagos
- Salary: 80,000-100,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open roles.
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.
3. Maintain an updated database of candidates and job openings.
4. Prepare and post job advertisements across various platforms.
5. Provide administrative support to the sales team in recruitment-related tasks.
6. Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the recruitment process.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any related field.
2. Previous experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools/platforms.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
