Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Lagos Mainland. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices, recording transactions, and reconciling bank statements. The role involves assisting with financial reports preparation, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the senior accountant in various accounting functions. They will also ensure compliance with financial regulations and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role with at least 1-3 years of experience.
