About the Role:
A leading OEM spare part company specializing in MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) services is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Inventory Personnel to manage and maintain inventory flow in the company’s warehouse/store. This role is essential in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring timely supply of parts and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Organize and label items properly for easy identification and access.
- Track and report usage, shortages, or damages.
- Prepare and process requisitions and issue materials as needed.
- Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to meet project needs.
- Conduct periodic stock-taking and inventory audits.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store/warehouse.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or OND in relevant field.
- Prior experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse roles (preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proximity or willingness to live and work in Ijebu Ode.
