Position: Inventory Officer/Store Keeper
*Salary: ₦120,000 Gross Monthly*
*About the Role*
Our client in the fashion industry is looking for a reliable and meticulous Inventory Officer/Store Keeper to oversee stock management within the store. The role focuses on proper record keeping, stock arrangement, and ensuring products are readily available for sales and operations.
*Key Responsibilities*
Receive, inspect, and record all stock items accurately.
Organize and maintain the store/warehouse in a neat and accessible manner.
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date stock registers and ensure stock card accuracy.
Monitor stock levels and alert management when items are running low.
Issue products to sales and operations teams based on requisitions.
Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and storage of all products.
Implement first-in-first-out (FIFO) system for product rotation.
Generate inventory reports for management as required.
*Requirements*
OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in store keeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Integrity and accountability in managing stock.
