Job Position: Intermediate HR Officer
Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of progressive HR experience
- Manage recruitment and præesses
- Maintain and update accurate records and HR databases
- Develop and implement HR policies and and HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and reports
- Lead performance management processes, training programs, and staff developrnent initiatives
- Drive empbyee engagement and Overzee welfare programs
- Solid of HR functions and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is an added advantage.
