Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Ilorin. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR activities including the implementation of HR policies, oversight of employee benefits, and personnel management. The specialist will also be involved in HR management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Skills in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
