  • As an HR Officer at Kumesoft Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the agency’s continued growth.
  • You’ll be responsible for sourcing talent, overseeing onboarding, and keeping the team accountable, organized, and aligned with our mission. This role is initially a 6-month contract, with the possibility of full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: post job openings, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, and oversee onboarding.
  • Keep accurate HR records and maintain internal documentation (contracts, performance reviews, leave tracking, etc.).
  • Foster a work culture of accountability, clarity, and professional growth.
  • Mediate internal concerns and maintain a respectful, inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure policies are clearly communicated, up-to-date, and enforced across all teams.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance, providing structured feedback reports and supporting productivity.
  • Organize internal communications, including meetings, task follow-ups, and company-wide updates.
  • Support leadership in planning staff development activities (training, team-building, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in a dedicated HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or digital-focused company.
  • Deep understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and labor regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage remote teams.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in HR tools, digital task managers (e.g., Trello), and communication tools (e.g., Google Meet).
  • Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence.

Contract & Growth Opportunity

  • This is a 6-month contract position. If performance goals are met and the role proves to be integral to the company’s growth, there is a strong potential for full-time employment.
  • We’re looking for someone who brings structure, clarity, and lasting value to the team.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
