Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company and client business goals.
Design and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with industry standards.
Assist with HR outsourcing operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of outsourced staff.
Serve as the primary HR liaison between the company and clients, ensuring all outsourcing contracts and SLAs are fulfilled.
Conduct periodic client check-ins and satisfaction reviews.
Ensure proper documentation, background checks, and onboarding processes are in place.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for existing and future outsourcing projects.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and client-specific HR protocols.
Maintain up-to-date HR records for both internal and outsourced staff.
Implement performance appraisal systems and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate regular training and development programs for outsourced staff based on client and project needs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and timesheet systems.
