- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure preventive measures are in place.
- Lead safety training, awareness programs, and emergency preparedness drills.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance, compliance, and incident investigations.
- Ensure adherence to environmental sustainability and waste-to-energy best practices.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain up-to-date certifications.
Requirements
- BSc in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (HSE certifications required).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HSE within energy, waste management, or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
