Role Overview

The HR Recruitment Officer will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The role requires building strong relationships with clients and understanding their staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future openings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Time-to-fill for open positions.
• Quality of hire metrics.
• Client satisfaction ratings.
Candidate retention rates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
