NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR
MUSE Boutique Hotel is looking for a professional and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
Experience is required.
If you do not have relevant supervisory experience in housekeeping, please do not apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise housekeeping, laundry, and recreation/health club operations
- Ensure rooms, public spaces, and staff areas are clean and well maintained
- Assign daily tasks and follow up to ensure completion and quality standards
- Conduct regular inspections and take corrective action when needed
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to handle guestroom issues
- Order supplies and manage inventory
- Respond to guest complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor department expenses and support budget goals
- Train, support, and manage housekeeping staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Must be professional, reliable, and guest-focused
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
