Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE / B.Ed / B.Sc. in Education, Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in a boarding school or similar caregiving role
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and communication skills
- High level of maturity, empathy, and discretion
- Ability to handle emergencies and maintain order in a residential setting
- Must be willing to reside full-time in the school premises
