Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Health Manager role located in Gusau at Sterling Bank. The Health Manager will be responsible for overseeing health programs, developing health policies, coordinating health initiatives, and promoting employee wellness. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the health and well-being of all employees.
Qualifications
- Health Management, Health Promotion, and Wellness Program Development skills
- Knowledge of Health Policies and Regulations
- Experience in coordinating Health Initiatives and Employee Wellness programs
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Health Management, Public Health, or related field
- Professional certification in Health Management is a plus Experience in the banking industry is beneficial
