Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our company and drive organizational growth and efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution across all operational functions while supporting the long-term strategic direction of the business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MSc or MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior operations leadership role (e.g., Head of Operations).
- Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
