Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Marketing & Creative Director to lead brand strategy, storytelling, and campaign execution across a multi-subsidiary group that caters to a sophisticated, results-conscious clientele. The ideal candidate has a strong background in lifestyle marketing, with proven experience translating premium services into aspirational yet credible brand experiences.The ideal candidate will as serve as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with organizations objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Architecture
- Develop and execute a refined brand positioning strategy, messaging frameworks, and a compelling brand architecture that reflect a premium identity and resonate with a high-value target market.
Omnichannel Campaign Leadership
- Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print, public relations, influencer collaborations, and immersive brand events that reflect both clinical credibility and lifestyle appeal.
Luxury Lifestyle Marketing Execution
- Create aspirational, experience-driven marketing that positions services as essential for upwardly mobile professionals and health- and beauty-conscious high-net-worth individuals.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead the digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, CRM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization to expand brand reach and drive high-quality engagement.
Creative Direction
- Oversee the development of all creative assets including visual identity, tone of voice, content strategy, and campaign materials to maintain consistency with a refined, high-end brand image.
Market & Customer Insights
- Conduct trend tracking, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to guide campaign development, inform product positioning, and fuel brand innovation.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, operations, and clinical teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals, brand values, and service delivery timelines.
Team Leadership & Partner Management
- Lead, mentor, and inspire internal marketing professionals, while managing relationships with external creative consultants, agencies, and other partners for efficient, high-quality execution.
Budget Management & Performance Tracking
- Own and manage the marketing budget, define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
Trendspotting
Stay ahead of evolving trends in luxury branding, digital media, consumer behavior, and premium lifestyle marketing to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in marketing, with a strong track record in luxury wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium healthcare.
- Deep expertise inluxury lifestyle brandingand aspirational storytelling.
- Strategic thinker with excellent creative and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content strategy, and CRM platforms. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s or international marketing certification is a plus).
