Purpose Statement
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Head of Growth to lead CredPal’s aggressive revenue expansion across all retail and business verticals. Your mission is singular; everything you do must directly add to the bottom line . In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize integrated growth strategies that convert into real, measurable revenue. You will drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization at scale , with a relentless focus on high-impact actions that strengthen CredPal’s dominance in consumer credit, FX, and cross-border payments .
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Revenue Leadership
- Own the end-to-end growth roadmap for CredPal’s retail and business products.
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to acquire, activate, and retain customers.
- Identify high-impact market penetration opportunities and lead rapid execution to capture them.
- Align all growth initiatives with revenue KPIs , ensuring every campaign drives measurable financial returns.
Multi-Channel Acquisition & Conversion
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across digital (social media, search, display, email) and offline activations.
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, app onboarding flows, email campaigns, and sales funnels.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to refine positioning, messaging, and offers for maximum customer uptake.
- Lead aggressive credit card, business credit, and FX product adoption campaigns .
Commercial & Monetization Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly credit disbursement, FX transaction volume, and GMV targets .
- Improve credit utilization rates and repayment performance to maintain healthy portfolio quality.
- Build monetization levers around transaction fees, FX margins, and value-added services.
Data-Driven Execution & Optimization
- Leverage analytics to segment audiences , personalize campaigns, and drive targeted engagement.
- Run growth experiments ( A/B tests, creative trials, channel variations ) to identify and scale winning tactics.
- Monitor and optimize CAC, LTV, ROI, and churn across all campaigns.
Partnerships & Market Expansion
- Explore co-marketing and sponsorship opportunities for accelerated brand and revenue growth.
- Lead market expansion strategies into new customer segments and geographies.
Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Lead a cross-functional growth team covering sales, marketing, partnerships, and analytics.
- Drive a performance-obsessed culture where targets are not just met, but exceeded.
- Ensure clear KPI ownership across all growth functions.
Key KPIs
- Revenue Growth: Monthly & quarterly revenue targets achieved/exceeded.
- Customer Acquisition: Number of new retail and business customers onboarded.
- Activation Rate: % of customers completing their first transaction within 7 days.
- Credit Disbursement: Monthly disbursement volume for consumer and business credit.
- FX Volume: USD wallet, card, and FX transaction volume growth.
- Retention Rate: % of active customers month-on-month.
- CAC vs LTV: Positive and improving ROI on acquisition spend.
- GMV Growth: Total transaction value processed across all channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth in a fintech, payments, lending, or high-growth tech company.
- Strong background in sales-led growth, performance marketing, and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Deep understanding of credit products, FX, and cross-border payments.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau, and familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
- Exceptional data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and external partners.
