Job Overview
We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Head of Brand and Marketing to shape and lead the company’s brand presence across Lagos and Dubai. This role goes beyond campaigns — it’s about creating a consistent, impactful, and growth-driven identity that connects with both corporate clients and individual customers. The ideal candidate will be highly strategic, creative, and results-oriented, with proven experience in brand management, marketing leadership, and communications that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute a clear brand strategy that strengthens our identity and differentiates us in the travel industry across markets.
- Marketing Leadership: Lead the marketing team, set priorities, and oversee all branding, PR, and marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Integrated Campaigns: Design and roll out multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events, partnerships) that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Market Expansion: Support business growth in Lagos and Dubai by creating market-entry and expansion strategies that highlight our unique value.
- Internal Communications: Transform internal activities, milestones, and events into opportunities to strengthen the company’s story and culture.
- Performance Tracking: Set clear KPIs for brand and marketing activities, monitor outcomes, and adjust strategies using data-driven insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, HR, and other business units to ensure brand consistency and impactful market positioning.
- Customer-Centric Storytelling: Craft narratives and content that resonate with corporate clients, partners, and end customers, reinforcing trust and loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in brand, marketing, or communications, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to design and deliver brand strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong experience in B2B and B2C marketing within service-oriented industries (travel industry experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, PR, media relations, and event marketing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong analytical approach to measuring impact.
- Ability to manage cross-market brand consistency (experience working across multiple countries/regions is an advantage).
