We’re looking for a creative,data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to contribute and execute initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You’ll be at the heart of our growth engine, experimenting across channels, analyzing performance, and rapidly iterating on strategies to scale our reach and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, multi-channel for user acquisition
- Build activation and Retention Playbook of onboarding flows and loyalty loops to convert new sign-ups into active, retained users.
- Own and manage the growth funnel from awareness to conversion and retention.
- Design and run A/B tests to optimize landing pages, user journeys, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to launch growth experiments and improve user experience.
- Research and explore new growth opportunities and emerging platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles.
- 2+ years experience in programatic and paid channel
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth in user acquisition and Revenue.
- Strong grasp of A/B testing, funnel optimization, and growth loops.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, email marketing tools, and marketing automation.
- Experience in industry, e.g., fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, Crypto
