JOB OVERVIEW:
Our client is a leading boutique interior design firm that specialises in high-end commercial and hospitality projects for leading global clients. They are committed to delivering exceptional design and execution that transforms spaces and elevates brands. They are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounts Analyst to join their team and play a critical role in executing people operations.
As a Growth Associate, you’ll be at the intersection of creativity and strategy—driving engagement, building our brand presence, and generating leads through compelling digital experiences. You’ll work closely with the design and growth teams to execute and scale campaigns across various digital channels.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage daily content calendars for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X, to engage with potential customers and build brand awareness.
- Create and schedule engaging posts that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and voice.
- Monitor engagement metrics and community feedback (web traffic, rankings, etc) to optimize performance.
- Managing and optimizing the company's website, ensuring that it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
Content Creation:
- Creating and distributing engaging content, such as blog posts, infographics, and videos, to educate and entertain potential customers.
- Write copy for blogs, email campaigns, and social media aligned with brand tone.
- Support case study creation, project showcases, and client success stories.
- Schedule and Organize Picture taking and video recordings for individual projects which will be used as marketing materials for the company.
Branding & Communication:
- Scheduling pre-calls and brief taking sessions with prospective clients.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Assist in developing pitch decks, marketing collaterals, and press kits.
- Support internal brand initiatives and event marketing.
- Organizing and attending corporate events to represent the company by answering questions, giving presentations, and networking with other attendees.
- Exhibiting at events as well as scheduling speaking opportunities on behalf of the client.
Digital Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Track and report on campaign KPIs including CTR, conversions, and engagement rates.
- Conduct market and competitor and trend analysis to inform digital strategy.
Campaign Support:
- Help launch and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on influencer partnerships and PR outreach.
- Coordinate timelines, creatives, and assets across internal and external teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, and digital content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related discipline.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar), or CRM systems.
- Background in the interior design, architecture, or luxury lifestyle industry is highly preferred.
- Highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
- Ability to optimize landing pages and user funnels.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate articulately in front of a camera (comfortable with camera appearances).
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma is a plus).
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp).
- Ability to see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends and leverage on them.
- Knowledgeable of A/B testing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for design, branding, and lifestyle-driven storytelling.
