Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design smart, bold, and beautiful visuals across brand assets, UI designs, and marketing materials
- Create user interface layouts and web/mobile designs with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Collaborate with developers and strategists to execute clean, functional designs
- Translate ideas and wireframes into polished UI/UX experiences
- Design for clarity, interaction, and beauty—consistently
- Maintain and evolve our brand identity across internal and client work Deliver fast, iterate faster.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years professional experience in visual design or UI/UX
- Proven portfolio of digital designs (landing pages, web UI, mobile apps, social graphics, etc.)
- Mastery of tools: Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Canva, or equivalents
- Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and grid systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven team
- Able to take ownership of design projects from idea to final delivery
- Comfortable working with engineers and understanding product flows
- Bonus: motion design, animation, or video editing skills
- Obsessed with clean visuals and functional interfaces
- Can build and evolve a brand system from scratch
- Understands user behavior, not just color palettes
- Works quickly, delivers consistently
- Wants to grow with a long-term creative tech company
- Can balance creativity and deadlines
