Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and refine design mockups for uniforms and branded apparel based on client specifications and industry trends.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and product designs.
- Prepare production-ready artwork files for different processes, including: Direct-to-Film (DTF), Screen printing, Heat transfer, Embroidery
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet client expectations and delivery timelines.
- Make necessary adjustments to design files based on production feedback or client revisions. Stay up to date with design trends and apparel branding techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in apparel or branding production.
- Proficiency in Direct-to-Film (DTF) print preparation – this is a must-have.
- Strong command of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW).
- Solid understanding of print production processes, especially for textiles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prepare precise, scalable artwork files.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
