Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team in building an emerging cryptocurrency application. You will be responsible for designing and implementing intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces that provide seamless user experiences for our crypto platform. Collaborating closely with backend developers, designers, and a product manager, you will help create a secure, user-friendly, and visually appealing application to support cryptocurrency trading, wallet management, and blockchain interactions.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web and/or mobile interfaces for a cryptocurrency application using modern frontend frameworks and libraries.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Ensure the application is optimised for performance, scalability, and security, with a focus on real-time data (e.g., crypto prices, transactions).
- Integrate with backend APIs to enable seamless interaction with blockchain data, wallets, and smart contracts.
- Implement secure authentication flows (e.g., OAuth, 2FA, or wallet-based authentication).
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with proper documentation.
- Conduct testing (unit, integration, and UI) to ensure cross-browser compatibility and bug-free functionality.
- Stay updated on frontend development trends and cryptocurrency industry standards to propose innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product goals and user needs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
- Proven experience building responsive web applications, preferably in fintech, crypto, or related industries.
- Experience with real-time data applications (e.g., WebSocket, polling) is a plus.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, Vuex, or similar).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL for backend integration.
- Knowledge of Web3 technologies (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js) for blockchain interaction is highly desirable.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience working with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with mobile app development (e.g., React Native, Flutter) for cross-platform crypto apps.
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency concepts (e.g., wallets, private keys, blockchain, DeFi).
- Familiarity with security best practices in frontend development, especially for financial applications. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
