Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist who is an administrative support employee that is responsible for performing general administrative and clerical support duties, including managing the front office reception.

- Experience Level : Internship & Graduate

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone and answering or referring inquiries
- Maintains employee and department directories as a guide for directing visitors
- Offers beverages to guests where necessary
- Documents and communicates actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to maintain continuity among laundry work teams
- Contributes to laundry team effort.
- Operates telephone and attend to customer's orders or issues
- Handles invoicing
- Handles outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail
- Responsible for placing outgoing calls and conference calls as needed
- Drafts, reviews, and proofreads laundry documents
- Responsible for basic data entry as assigned
- Maintains and stocks basic office supplies (Laundry consumables)
- Responsible for operating and maintaining office machines, including printers, copiers, and fax Ensures compliance with laundry rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- A warm and welcoming personality
- Great communication skills
- Must be efficient with the MS Office Suite. Only residents in Gudu and environs should apply
Remuneration: NGN 80,000
