Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products/services in the field, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM tools or reporting sheets.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in field sales, direct marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and/or sales reporting tools.
- Familiarity with local territory/market is a plus.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle pressure.
