Our client, a fast-growing lifestyle and fashion skateboarding brand, is seeking a creative and strategic Fashion Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the fashion store, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, managing and motivating the retail team, and upholding the store’s visual presentation and brand identity.

Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Supervise and motivate retail staff; set goals, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints effectively
- Drive sales targets and maximize profitability through strategic selling and upselling
- Oversee store merchandising and visual displays to align with brand aesthetics
- Monitor inventory levels, place stock orders, and coordinate restocking
- Manage cash flow, POS systems, and daily financial reconciliations
- Organize in-store promotions, product launches, and fashion events
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
- Enforce health, safety, and security procedures for staff and customers
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Retail, or related field
- Passion for fashion, trends, and customer experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stylish, and highly visual retail environment
- Minimum of 5 years experience in retail management (fashion retail preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a retail team
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Visual merchandising and retail display experience
- Good working knowledge of POS systems and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
