Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and negotiate contracts and pricing. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Marketing:
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional materials and content.
- Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI. Support brand development and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
