Reservation Manager – Shortlet Apartment
We are hiring a Reservation Manager to handle bookings, guest check-ins/check-outs, and ensure smooth operations for our shortlet apartments in Lekki. Responsibilities Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries. Coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance to ensure apartments are guest-ready. Handle guest complaints and provide excellent customer service. Monitor booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and maximize occupancy. Requirements Experience in hospitality/shortlet operations is an advantage. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Must reside in or near Lekki.
