To oversee and coordinate all production operations in the pure water (sachet) and bottled water factory. The role ensures that manufacturing processes run reliably, efficiently, safely, and meet the required quality standards, while also complying with regulatory requirements (e.g., NAFDAC, SON).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations in both sachet and bottling water lines.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
- Ensure optimal use of resources, materials, and manpower.
- Must be able to operate and maintain the RO, Sachet water machine and Monoblock bottle water machine.
✅ Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure all products meet internal quality specifications and regulatory standards (NAFDAC, SON, Ministry of Health).
- Work closely with Quality Assurance/Control teams to address and resolve product quality issues.
- Maintain and enforce hygiene and sanitation procedures throughout the production floor.
