Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations and data entry
- Support the preparation of financial reports and bank reconciliations
- Help with tracking and reconciling petty cash and expense claims
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and receipts
- Support internal audit processes
- Participate in month-end and year-end financial processes
- Organize and maintain financial documents and files
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Must reside in Ikeja or within commuting distance
