Job Opportunity: Ethics & Compliance Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos State
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
We are currently hiring an experienced Ethics & Compliance Manager to support and oversee the ethical and regulatory standards within our organization. This role ensures adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and values-driven practices across all operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and promote an integrity-based compliance framework
- Ensure adherence to organizational codes of conduct and ethical guidelines
- Lead investigations and reporting of potential misconduct
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Deliver training on ethics, compliance, and conduct policies
- Maintain up-to-date governance documents and standard operating procedures
- Support reporting systems and whistleblower processes Collaborate on continuous improvement and internal control strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Theology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, governance, or audit (experience in a mission-driven or nonprofit context is beneficial)
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian regulatory frameworks Relevant certifications (e.g., Compliance, Ethics, Audit, or Corporate Governance) preferred

- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory practices
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion
- Strong facilitation, training, and policy implementation skills
