Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000 Monthly
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Half-day on Saturdays)

Job Summary:
A reputable construction company in Ogudu, Lagos, is seeking a skilled Estimator with solid experience in building construction to prepare accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and support project budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Determine the quantity and cost of materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers for updates and accuracy
- Prepare and submit bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents
- Track changes in design and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Provide input for budget planning and cost control strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Estimator in a building construction environment
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and pricing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimation software
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and numerical accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
