We’re on the lookout for a skilled E-Learning Developer with hands-on experience using Synthesia to bring training content to life through AI-powered videos.
If you're creative, organized, and can deliver high-quality work *on time*, we’d love to connect!
What You’ll Do
* Design and produce engaging e-learning videos using *Synthesia AI avatars* and voiceovers.
- Convert scripts into dynamic visuals that align with learning objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and content creators.
- Maintain consistent tone, branding, and video quality.
- Manage revisions and deliver content within set timelines.
What We’re Looking For
* *1+ year experience using Synthesia professionally.
- Solid understanding of e-learning and instructional design principles.
- Great at managing deadlines and juggling multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- A commitment to reliability and timely delivery.
