Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Programs & Product Delivery Lead. The c ore goal is to own end-to-end experience and success of clients across all programs. Drive satisfaction, progress, retention, and transformation. The role involves developing and supporting delivery of digital products/services, and managing projects. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of digital products and programs. Strong research, design and analytical skills are required to assess program performance and optimize processes for improved outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage all live programs, courses, coaching cohorts, and tools/templates
• Design and optimize course content, tools, templates
• Coordinate facilitators, guest speakers, and accountability partners
• Manage onboarding, check-ins, and program outcomes
• Track member progress, feedback, testimonials
Ensure successful delivery of paid events, webinars, workshops, and conferences

Qualifications

• Proficiency in digital strategy and digital product development/design
• Strong product and market research skills
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills and people management
• Analytical skills to evaluate and enhance program performance
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience in a leadership role is preferred
Ability to work independently and remotely
