Digital Marketing Lead (Social & Growth)
Location: Lagos (remote in Nigeria)
Type: Full-time

About the Role:
Own our social presence on Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. Turn content into traffic and intro calls. Build a simple funnel from lead magnet to email. Run small, smart paid tests. Report results clearly.
What you’ll do
- Run a weekly content plan across Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn: carousels, short videos, threads, case-study snippets.
- Produce 2–3 short videos each week (Reels, TikTok, Shorts): screen demos, before/after, quick tips.
- Create one lead magnet and a focused landing page with a clear CTA.
- Launch and optimise native lead forms (Meta Instant Forms, LinkedIn Lead Gen, TikTok Instant Form); route leads to email and an intro-call link.
- Set up and maintain pixels, events, and UTMs for clean tracking.
- Run small paid tests on Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn; refine creative, targeting, and spend from results.
- Track KPIs with GA4, Search Console, and native analytics: reach, engagement rate, CTR, signups, MQLs, video views.
- Turn shipped work into proof: case studies, testimonials, and before/after stories.
What you’ve done
2–3 years running social and growth across Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn with clear, measurable results.
Strong copy and short-video skills; comfortable scripting, filming, and editing.
Confident with GA4, Search Console, UTMs, and simple dashboards - you read the numbers and act on them.
- Experience with lead forms and landing pages (setup, testing, follow-up).
- Email basics for lead delivery and follow-ups (no newsletter).
- Solid SEO/content basics: search intent, on-page SEO, internal links.
- Bias for action: plan, ship, measure, improve
Nice to have
- Canva; basic motion/video editing (CapCut/Adobe).
- Hands-on paid social across Meta, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn (pixels, audiences/lookalikes, retargeting, reading results).
- B2B lead gen; comfortable speaking to product/engineering audiences.
- Landing-page builders and schedulers (Webflow/WordPress; Buffer/Hootsuite)
- Basic A/B testing and conversion tracking (UTMs, events, goals).
Tools: GA4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads, Notion/Asana, Canva/Figma, Mailchimp/SendGrid, Typeform.
