The Destination Executive (Europe) will play a key role in driving growth by expanding Study Now’s partnerships with European educational institutions and serving as a primary representative for this region. This dynamic position combines strategic business development with targeted student engagement to inspire and guide Nigerian students towards studying in Europe.
Working Hours: Full -Time (Mon -Fri) 8 AM – 4 PM OR 9 AM - 5PM
Salary expectations: $250 - $350 Monthly (Based on Experience) + other benefits
Office Location: Lagos, Abuja or Port Harcourt Branch
Main activities and responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Conversion Support
- Assist the Destination Manager (Europe) in achieving enrolment targets for European study destinations.
- Manage and respond to student, counsellor, and agent enquiries, providing up-to-date information on courses, tuition fees, scholarships, visa processes, and living arrangements for European countries.
- Support students throughout the application process, ensuring applications are complete, accurate, and meet partner requirements.
- Follow up on leads and offers to maximize conversion from application to enrolment.
2. University Partnership Engagement
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with European partner universities.
- Share market insights, application trends, and feedback from students and counsellors with university partners to strengthen collaborations.
- Work with the Destination Manager to identify and introduce new potential university partners in Europe.
3. Market Intelligence & Information Sharing
- Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and student demand for European study destinations.
- Provide internal counsellors, agents, and marketing teams with relevant updates, selling points, and destination-specific insights.
- Ensure all stakeholders have the latest course information, entry requirements, deadlines, and promotional materials.
4. Events & Promotions
- Support destination-specific webinars, open days, and recruitment events (both virtual and in-person) to promote European universities.
- Coordinate with marketing to create and distribute destination-specific content, including student success stories and promotional campaigns.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate student records and application tracking in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports for the Destination Manager on applications, offers, conversions, and market developments.
- Monitor application and enrolment performance against targets, recommending actions to improve results.

- Strong knowledge of the education systems and study opportunities in Europe, and other study destinations including admission requirements, visa processes, and
scholarship options.
- Familiarity with relevant educational institutions, courses, and programs in the target
study destinations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrable ability to drive business growth by identifying and converting leads into clients.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Skilled at networking and identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Ability to think critically and develop strategies that align with the business’s goals and objectives.

Person Specification
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in the study abroad sector, with a strong focus on European destinations.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads, securing new business, and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and manage relationships.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools and social media management platforms.
- Experience in the education sector, particularly in student recruitment, is an advantage.
- A team player who works effectively with colleagues from different departments to meet shared objectives.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) could be beneficial.
Able to demonstrate:
- A high degree of self-motivation with the ability to work independently, take effective decisions, resolve unforeseen problems and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing own workload and that of the team and planning ahead to meet deadlines.
- An understanding of information governance and data protection.
Special requirements
Able to undertake duties at different premises. Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours to effectively support the company’s operations and events.
Travel may be required in order to attend conferences, events, new projects and effectively represent the Company in key networks.
