Deposit Mobiliser to help drive Investment Growth for Covest Financial Services

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deposit/investment targets.
- Setting sales deposit/investment goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Presenting the company’s products and services to potential customers, either in person or online.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Conduct high-level negotiations with others to achieve deposit/investment results and meet our customers’ needs.
- Collaborate with principals on business development.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Requirements:
- A minimum of OND or equivalent in sales/marketing.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, or customer relationship management within the financial services industry
- Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Great business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
- Good carriage, professional appearance, and outlook to work.
- Strong business ethics.
