Creative Media Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Salary: NGN150,000-200,000
Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Creative Media Manager to lead the development, production, and delivery of all visual content across our platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of design expertise, multimedia production skills, and storytelling ability with a proven track record of delivering engaging content in fast-paced environments. Experience in a sports or youth-centered organization is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design compelling graphics that align with brand identity, applying a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual balance.
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, and internal use.
- Capture and edit professional photography content for events, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Develop fresh, creative content ideas and bring them to life across digital and print platforms.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Create visual narratives that effectively communicate messages and inspire engagement.
- Organize and manage creative assets, ensuring proper storage and easy accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, events, digital, etc.) to align visuals with broader campaign goals.
- Deliver high-quality creative output under tight deadlines balancing creativity with speed.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation, as well as basic web design (e.g., WordPress or Webflow), is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
