Job Description/Requirements
- Ensure full compliance with company SOX and local regulations.
- Manage vendor selection to secure value-for-money purchases, balancing lead time, cost and quality.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics and laws in all contracting activities.
- Support tender processes, bid evaluations, and contract strategy development.
- Provide guidance on contractual matters, adapt templates to local needs, and maintain vendor databases. Promote best practices and ensure all documents meet legal and company standards
Requirements:
- A degree (preferably in Supply Chain)
- 3–5 years’ oil & gas experience(including 2 years in contracts/procurement)
- Strong commercial and legal awareness
- Proficiency in MS Office with excellent communication skills.
