Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Social Media Intern to bring our spaces and experiences to life online. From showcasing the ambience of our lounge, to highlighting special events at our event centre, to capturing behind-the-scenes moments in the hotel and restaurant, you’ll help us engage audiences and build our digital community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content (videos, reels, photos, captions, stories) that capture the energy of our hospitality spaces.
- Support daily management of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
- Assist with coverage of live events, parties, and special promotions.
- Research and propose creative campaign ideas aligned with hospitality and lifestyle trends.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to highlight menus, special offers, guest experiences, and events.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages (where required), and prepare weekly performance updates.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, memes, and hospitality digital marketing ideas.
Qualifications:
- A student currently enrolled in university/college (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields).
- Passionate about lifestyle, food, nightlife, and hospitality content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools (advantage).
- Strong storytelling ability with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Comfortable using a smartphone to capture and edit quality content.
- Excellent communication skills, creative, and proactive.
- Previous content creation experience (even personal projects) is a plus.
