Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Site Manager located in Yaba, Lagos. The Construction Site Manager will oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensure project timelines and safety standards are met, and manage site activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress, and ensuring cost control and budgeting adherence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Site Management and Construction Site Management
- Skills in Planning and coordinating project schedules
- Experience in Cost Control and Budgeting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Construction Management or related fields
- Experience in the Nigerian real estate market is a plus Multi storey construction experience with a minimum of 6 storeys.
