Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Awka South. The Construction Manager will oversee daily construction activities, ensure adherence to project timelines, supervise construction staff, and enforce safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, project control, and ensuring projects are completed within scope and budget. The Construction Manager will also communicate with stakeholders, prepare progress reports, and manage construction resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Construction Safety, Construction
• Experience in Budgeting and Project Control
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
• Relevant certifications and a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Previous experience in the Nigerian construction industry is a plus
