Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance Specialist based in Nigeria, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring international recruitment regulatory compliance, managing compliance processes, and applying analytical skills to evaluate and improve compliance programs. Day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and reporting compliance issues, communicating and conducting compliance audits.
