Job Summary:
The Compliance Associate ensures the company follows all legal, regulatory, and internal standards, particularly those set by bodies like the SEC, CBN, and FIRS. This role helps reduce risk, maintain ethical practices, and support internal compliance efforts.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mondays - Fridays)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor adherence to regulatory guidelines and submit reports.
- Conduct internal audits and support AML/KYC/CDD processes.
- Update compliance documentation and track regulatory changes.
- Assist in training, investigations, and maintaining compliance records.
- Offer daily compliance support across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Law, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2 years in compliance, legal, audit, or risk (preferably in finance).
- Knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and tech skills.
- Certification in compliance is an advantage.

Pay: ₦286,000.00 per month
