Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic PR and communications plan aligned with VivaFemini’s mission and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders across tech, health, and women’s sectors.
• Craft compelling narratives, press releases, and thought leadership content.
• Manage media outreach, secure coverage, and coordinate leadership interviews and speaking engagements.
• Oversee social media communications in collaboration with marketing teams.
• Lead crisis communication and reputation management efforts.
• Support investor relations with clear, engaging communication materials.
• Monitor media coverage and report on communication impact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to amplify user stories and platform milestones.
Manage internal communications to keep the team aligned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in PR, media relations, or corporate communications, preferably in tech or health.
• Proven media network and success securing impactful coverage.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong project management.
• Passion for women’s health and social impact.
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
