Job Summary:
Ollan Pharmacy is looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in optimizing medication therapy, providing patient-centered care, and collaborating with healthcare providers to improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medication reviews and provide pharmaceutical care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
- Educate patients on disease management, medication adherence, and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies based on outcomes. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- B.Pharm or Pharm.D degree (Postgraduate clinical training or residency is an added advantage).
- Valid license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in patient-focused care.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and counseling skills. Minimum of 1–2 years experience in a clinical pharmacy setting preferred.
