Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and personable **Client Liaison Officer** to serve as the primary point of contact between our healthcare facility and clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare or pharmaceuticals and a strong ability to manage relationships, resolve concerns, and enhance client satisfaction.
* Act as the main contact for clients, patients, and external partners, ensuring a smooth communication flow.
* Manage client onboarding and provide guidance throughout their treatment or service journey.
* Liaise with medical, nursing, and administrative staff to coordinate and streamline client services.
* Handle inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
* Ensure timely scheduling of appointments and follow-ups.
* Maintain and update accurate client records and reports.
* Identify and escalate issues where necessary to maintain service standards.
* Promote a client-first culture and uphold confidentiality at all times.
*Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role within a **hospital**, **pharmaceutical company**, or **healthcare facility**.
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in healthcare, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and client management systems.
* Must reside in or be willing to work in **Ikoyi, Lagos**.
