We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Class Teacher to join our team and help shape the academic journey of our learners.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the national curriculum or school syllabus
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports academic and social-emotional development
- Monitor and assess students’ academic progress through observations, assignments, and tests
- Provide regular feedback to students and communicate effectively with parents/guardians
- Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, training, and professional development activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and support whole-school initiatives
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (PGDE or TRCN certification is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in a structured primary school setting
- Strong knowledge of early years or primary education curriculum and teaching methods
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for teaching and nurturing young learners
- Ability to use technology to enhance learning experiences
- Creative, organized, and enthusiastic with a growth mindset
